By accessing or using LumoPrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LumoPrompt is a web application for storing, organizing, and managing AI prompts. The Service allows you to create, edit, search, version, and share text prompts and associated images.

3. Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use LumoPrompt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all prompts, text, images, and other content you create in LumoPrompt. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful material

6. Sharing

When you share a prompt, a read-only snapshot is made publicly accessible via a unique URL. You are responsible for the content you choose to share. You can revoke shared access at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep LumoPrompt available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

LumoPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
